André
Lafleur RD & D Inc. was founded by André Lafleur, an industrial
design graduate of the Faculté d’aménagement at Université
de Montréal. He is also a Mathematics graduate of the Faculté
des arts et des sciences at Université de Montréal. Mr. Lafleur has worked in the realm of industrial research since 1983. He has headed industrial research projects for both Canadian and U.S. companies. He has also forged several technological development partnerships with the United States, Europe and Asia. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of materials and procedures used in industrial production. For each of his projects, Mr. Lafleur forms and supervises highly competent teams of creators and researchers. Mr. Lafleur has held several key positions, first as co-founder and President of Quatuor International; then as Director of the Industrial Design Department within the Centre canadien d’innovation industrielle de Montréal (Applied Research Centre affiliated with the École Polytechnique de Montréal) and head of the Business Group for the Energy Diversification Research Laboratory at the Canadian Centre for Mineral and Energy Technology before launching his own business. |
